Jolly Counseling and Wellness

Affirming therapy for teens and adults, where neurodivergence and LGBTQIA+ identities are understood, respected, and supported.

Individual Counseling - $100 per session

Individual counseling offers a supportive, confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals and LGBTQIA+ clients, as well as those navigating trauma, identity exploration, anxiety, and life transitions while also providing care for a wide range of general mental health concerns. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and ways of processing, with a focus on building self-understanding, fostering healing, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.

Couples Counseling - $120 per Session

Couples counseling provides a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space to strengthen your relationship through improved communication, deeper understanding, and more effective conflict navigation. I have a strong focus on working with neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and non-monogamous/polyamorous couples, while also supporting a wide range of relational dynamics and concerns. Together, we tailor our work to honor each partner’s communication style, needs, and identities, with the goal of building connection, clarity, and a more resilient relationship.

I do offer sliding scale payment options if needed due to financial hardship. If this applies to you, please do not hesitate to reach out via the contact form and we can discuss options!

My name is Ashley Jolly, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). As a neurodivergent clinician with lived experience of ADHD, I value authenticity and believe that meaningful therapeutic progress begins with a genuine, supportive connection between therapist and client.

I believe that a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful growth and healing. My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and collaborative—grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity for change when supported in a safe, affirming environment.

I work with individuals navigating a range of challenges, including trauma, life stress, depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. My clinical framework is rooted in psychodynamic theory, while also integrating evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

I’m especially passionate about supporting clients ages 14 and up. As a gender-affirming, sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ ally, I am committed to honoring each person’s unique identity and lived experience. I help clients clarify their values, make room for internal experiences, and move toward lives that align with their deepest beliefs and goals.

Whether you're seeking to process the past, manage current stressors, or explore who you are becoming, I strive to provide a nonjudgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered to create lasting change.
